Mentoring and Empowerment

This program establishes intentional, structured mentoring relationships for girls starting as early as primary school, pairing them with trained mentors who provide consistent guidance, encouragement, and a positive role model through critical developmental years. By intervening early, the program aims to build confidence, resilience, and aspiration before girls face the pressures that often derail their education and life choices.

This program also delivers empowerment and career guidance workshops and seminars for girls and women, equipping them with practical skills, self-confidence, and clarity about future career and life pathways. Sessions combine personal development with exposure to real career options, helping participants see and pursue possibilities beyond their immediate circumstances.
