Financing the future of women-led enterprises
We believe economic independence is the bedrock of development. Through our Revolving Loan Fund and intensive business training, we provide women with the seed capital and financial literacy needed to grow sustainable enterprises and secure their families’ futures.

Sustainable livelihoods for a greener future
Empowering women to lead in Kenya’s emerging blue economy, we provide the tools and training for sustainable aquaculture and climate-smart agriculture. In 2025 we transformed 146 women into competitive market actors with productive assets including motorised boats and solar-powered freezers.

Bridging the STEM gap and protecting girls’ rights
Every girl deserves a future without barriers. GEI dismantles obstacles like period poverty and early marriage while opening doors to STEM education through Mobile Science Labs, Hesabu (Math) Clubs and mentorship, with over 7,600 dignity kits distributed.

Women at the centre of sustainable peace
Sustainable peace is only possible when women are at the table. We identify and equip grassroots Women Peace Champions to lead community dialogues, identify conflict early-warning signs, and foster social cohesion. In 2025 our network grew to over 900 peace actors across eight counties.

Running to Win: advancing inclusive democracy
We are redefining the face of leadership in Kenya. Through our “Running to Win” training and “Run for Office” forums, we have enhanced the confidence and tactical preparedness of over 500 women aspirants ahead of the 2027 General Elections.

Restoring dignity and reintegrating lives
This intervention focuses on the well-being of incarcerated women and their children. From establishing functional crèches to legal aid, paralegal support and resettlement, we ensure a pathway toward rehabilitation and successful reintegration.

Scaling economic inclusion
Following the successful implementation of Kuza Jamii I, ENAF serves as the Gender and Social Inclusion Lead for this economic inclusion programme in Kenya’s arid lands and refugee communities, cascading GESI messaging to over 23,000 participants through theatre, music and the arts.

In collaboration with the Mastercard Foundation and Farm Africa, YISA is unlocking dignified employment for young women and men, including persons with disabilities and internally displaced persons, across the entire aquaculture value chain.
